  1. Microwave onion with 1 tablespoon of water for five minutes until soft. Mix onion, soups, broth, chicken, vegetables, potatoes, and eggs in 2-quart casserole dish. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix milk, flour, and butter together in medium bowl. Pour over chicken mixture. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until brown on top.
