  1. -Heat choc. chips & water in microwave for 2 minutes, stirring halfway through until melted.
  2. -add sugar and stir
  3. -add egg yellows one at a time beating vigorously
  4. -let mixture cool
  5. -whip eggs whites (with elec. mixer) until firm
  6. -mix egg whites into cooled chocolote mixture
  7. -spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray
  8. -break prepared angel food cake into bite size pieces and layer on bottom of pan
  9. -pour chocolate mixture over top angel food cake.
  10. -refrigerate 8-24 hours.
  11. -smooth cool whip on top before serving.
