  1. Stir the flour, garlic, salt and pepper together.
  2. Dredge the beef in the flour mixture, then brown the beef in heated oil in a large saucepan.
  3. Remove the meat to drain.
  4. Mix beef, tomatoes, onions, chili powder, taco seasoning mix. beans and corn in 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker.
  5. Cover and cook on low heat setting 6 - 7 hours or until beef is tender.
