  1. CROUSTADES: Brush both sides of bread with 1/4 cup melted butter and press gently into muffin tins.
  2. Bake in 350F oven for 15 - 17 minutes, until golden.
  3. FILLING: Melt 1 Tbsp butter in a medium saucepan; saute onion, garlic and mushrooms until onion is transparent.
  4. Stir in turkey.
  5. Sprinkle mixture with flour and blend well.
  6. Add milk gradually; continue heating and stirring until mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
  7. Remove from heat and stir in salt, cayenne, pepper and lemon juice.
  8. Fill each croustade with filling.
  9. Place on a cookie sheet and heat in 350F oven for 10 minutes, until bubbly.
  10. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  11. Serve hot.
