Original recipe yields 16 servings

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Spray the top of a muffin pan with non-stick coating, and line with paper liners.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, sugar and salt until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time.
  5. Mix together 1 3/4 cup of the flour and baking powder.
  6. Beat in the flour mixture alternately with the buttermilk, mixing just until incorporated.
  7. Put mango pieces in.
  8. mix the blueberries with the remaining 1/4 cup of the flour, and fold into the batter.
  9. Scoop into muffin cups.
  10. In a bowl, combine the first five streusel ingredients.
  11. Cut in butter.
  12. Put one teaspoon (+) onto each muffin.
  13. Bake for 25- 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
