  1. Chop or shred chicken, set aside. Chop onions and mushrooms
  2. Heat skillet over medium fire. Melt butter, add olive oil and saute onions for 1 minute. Add garlic and mushrooms, saute for 2 minutes.
  3. Add chicken and all seasonings, continue to saute until thoroughly heated thru. Mix in Salsa Verde, spoon onto tortillas and fold as a burrito.
  4. Serve warm, with Sour Cream if desired
