  1. combine sour cream with confectioner's sugar until sweet to taste
  2. add a touch of almond extract
  3. hull, wash and slice strawberries
  4. add to sour cream mixture and stir gently to combine
  5. chill to blend flavors
  6. can use frozen strawberries
