  1. Mix together, cover and let sit for 12-18 hrs (make night before)
  2. Dump onto floured counter, form into a ball, then put on a cloth w/ cornmeal, oats or wheat germ
  3. Let rest for 1-2 hours
  4. Preheat cast iron pan at 440 degrees
  5. Place dough into pan and cook for 35 minutes covered and 10 minutes uncovered
