  1. Thaw chicken breasts and brush with olive oil. Cut lemon in half and squeeze the juice of the lemon over the chicken. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and lemon pepper seasoning. Turn chicken over and repeat the same process. Add to a hot grill and cook about 12 minutes on each side. Check chicken for doneness.
