Directions

  1. Blend mustard with cornstarch in a saucepan. Add sugar, salt and blend well. Add one cup of vinegar and the four beaten eggs. Blend well. Add second cup of vinegar and blend well again.
  2. Cook over low heat until thick, stirring constantly. When thick enough, pour into jars.
  3. Makes six one-half pints. Refrigerate.
