  1. In a food processor, liquefy onion, celery, and carrots
  2. Put in a stock pot filled with water along with whole chicken
  3. Add 1 Tablespoon chicken base, 1 Tablespoon poultry seasoning and salt and pepper to taste
  4. Slow boil for about an hour, adding water when needed.
  5. Take chicken out and cook noodles in stock
  6. While noodles are cooking, debone chicken and add meat back to stock.
