Sift flour and sugar into a large bowl and set aside. In pan heat Crisco, water, oleo and cocoa; boil, stirring constantly. Remove from stove and pour into flour and sugar. Mix well. Add buttermilk, soda, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon and mix well. Pour into greased 13"x9" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. About five minutes before cake is done, perpare the frosting and spread on cake as soon as you take it from the oven.
Place in small heavy pan: oleo, cocoa & milk. Heat to boiling point, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add sugar. Mix well. Add nuts and spread quickly on cake.
