  1. Beat egg until frothy; beat in sugar and 1 tablespoon melted butter. Cream until light and fluffy. Add sour cream and vanilla; blend well.
  2. Sift together 1 1/2 cups flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; add to sour cream mixture. Blend well. Pour into a greased 8" square pan.
  3. Mix together until crumbly, brown sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, cinnamon and 2 tablespoons butter. Sprinkle over top of batter.
  4. Bake in moderate oven; 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes, or until cake tests done.
