  1. Brown over med-hi heat till hot, the 2 pkgs. beef or sausage crumbles.
  2. Pour on a little olive oil.
  3. Reduce heat to low.
  4. Stir in the taco seasoning mix.
  5. Cook 3-5 mins. Cool 5 mins.
  6. Line 15x10-inch baking pan with wax paper or foil.
  7. Spoon crumbles onto paper, breaking apart as needed.
  8. Freeze 1 hr. or till firm. Stir once.
  9. Divide into quart-size resealable freezer plastic bags with about 2 cups in each.
  10. Freeze up to 2 months.
  11. Bake with shredded cheese and layers of chopped tomato, sour cream, shredded cheese, chopped olives, and guacamole for a tortilla chip dip.
  12. Heat with kidney beans, jalapenos, diced tomatoes and tomato sauce for a quick chili.
