  1. Remove all fat and gristle from the lamb or beef. Cut into 2 inch chunks. Mix with remaining ingredients. Let stand several hours or overnight in the refrigerator. Put meat on skewers, alternate with tomatoes, green peppers and onions. Grill until desired doneness.
