  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Prepare pastry and line pie plate.
  3. In saucepan, combine cranberries, raisins, sugar and flour. Add water. Bring to a boil and simmer until thickened, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add vanilla and margarine. Pour into pastry shell.
  5. Cut slits in top pastry crust, lay over pie and flute edges. Brush crust lightly with milk and sprinkle with sugar.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm or cold with whipped cream.
