  1. Steam the rice according to package instructions.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat, then cook onion and dried herbs for 5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for the last minute.
  3. Add everything else except the beans, cover, and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in beans, cover, and simmer another 4-5 minutes. Stir in the rice and serve.
