"Meatloaf with a sweet, tangy glaze that the entire family loves. We've modified meatloaf recipes over the years to find the perfect balance of flavor. This goes so well with plain mashed potatoes."

  1. The key to meatloaf with a nice texture is to use your hands and not over mix it. Whenever I've used a machine it has always turned out with an institutional type texture.
  2. Mix ground beef, sausage and onion in a large bowl forming a well in center.
  3. In a small bowl, crush bouillion cube to powder and mix with ketchup, egg, Teriyaki sauce and mustard. Work into meat mixture.
  4. Add crackers, working in thoroughly. Form into a loaf.
  5. Prepare the glaze and spread over top of meatloaf.
  6. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or internal temperature reads 170 degrees/done for pork.
