  1. Saute onion and caraway seeds in heated oil til onions soften, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add soup, milk and potatoes, bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally until potatoes are tender, about 10 minutes.
  4. Add dill and stir until heated through.
  5. Do not allow soup to boil.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
