May we suggest



  1. Using a large sauce pan, heat the chicken broth.
  2. Place milk in a container, add flour, shake til wll blended.
  3. Add mixture to the chicken broth. Stir til boiling.
  4. Add curry powder and garam malsala and reduce heat to med. low.
  5. In a skillet, cook chicken, onion and celery over med. heat until chicken is done and veggies are soft. Add to the liquid.
  6. Stir in the rice and any optional veggies.
  7. Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring.
  8. May top servings with grated cheese if desired.
