1. Mix ground beef with dry ingredients first. Add liquid ingredients. Place in a bowl and cool for one hour. Form into patties (use your personal wishes to guide the size). Place in a pan and wrap for 24 hrs no less than 12 to allow the meat to marinate. Note: If more than one layer of patties place wax paper or a paper bag between yet to prevent sticking.
Medium-High heat cook each burger for 3 minutes each side until done to likeness. Doneness will depend on the thickness of the burger. Well done burger will needed additional turns.
