  1. Preheat oven to 425 F
  2. Cook onions and mushrooms in butter in the bottom of a big pot until onions are soft and translucent
  3. Meanwhile, in a frying pan heat olive oil and cook chicken until the inside is white
  4. Add flour to pot with onions and mix to a paste
  5. Add seasonings to the paste
  6. Slowly stir the chicken broth and milk into the paste
  7. Put carrots in a bowl with about 2 inches of water and microwave for two minutes or until carrots are only slightly crunch.
  8. Add carrots and chicken to the pot
  9. Add frozen peas and mix together
  10. In a pie pan put down first crust and press against edges
  11. Add mixture to the pan, put second crust over the top and press edges together Make holes in the top of the pie with fork
  12. Cook for 30-35 min
  13. Let cool about 10 minutes before eating
