Directions

  1. Cream first three ingredients in mixing bowl. Slice bananas into creamed ingredients and mix until smooth. Add soda dissolved in water. Gradually add salt & sifted flour and finally, the broken nuts.
  2. Pour batter into lined loaf pan and bake about 50 min when imprint with fingertip can’t be made in center of loaf, it’s done.
  3. Remove from oven, from pan, peel off paper and place on rack to cool. Loaf will be cracked on top & brownish in color.
