  1. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Stir in onion, sugar and vinegar and cook until onion is golden brown.
  3. Remove fromheat and let cool.
  4. Preheat oven to 450F.
  5. Slice red peppers.
  6. Sprinkle cheese over half of each tortilla.
  7. Top with onions, peppers and chicken.
  8. Fold tortillas and bake on baking sheet until tortillas are crisp and cheese is melted.
  9. Cut into wedges and serve with salsa and sour cream.
