Original recipe yields 2 servings

May we suggest



  1. Pull slices of beef into bite-size pieces. Over low heat, melt butter in a medium saucepan. Add beef, cook & stir briefly, until just heated through. Remove from heat.
  2. Stir in 3 Tbsps. flour, one at a time. Return to heat, and slowly whisk in the milk. Continue whisking until smooth & thickened. Stir in steak sauce. Serve over toast.
