  1. Place eggs in a single layer in large 4 quart saucepan and add cold water to cover by about 1 inch. Quickly bring water just to boiling.
  2. Remove pan from heat. Cover and let eggs stand for 20 minutes.
  3. Immediately run cold water over eggs or place them in ice water until completely cooled.
  4. Remove Shells.
  5. Cut eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove yolk to large bowl.
  6. Mix together finely chopped yolks mayonnaise, mustard, and vinegar until well blended.
  7. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
