Great recipe and menu!! About the frozen rice, I make a big batch in my rice cooker, then portion into Gladware (about 2 1/2 cups each). It only takes 5 minutes on high in the microwave to heat up!

I love this menu. However, I didn't know you could freeze cooked rice! I have been buying expensive pre-cooked individual rice cups for the speed and convenience of preparation when I'm in a hurry. Do you just put the frozen rice in the microwave?

I have had a sort of writers block, when it comes to what to cook, I like to call it "Hungry for New Flavors" fog, can't decide what's for dinner or any other meal have run out of idea's and am burn out on all my recipes, 8 yrs seems like I have cooked the same things over & over again. I'm glad to find allrecipes.com thanks no one else would give 2 cents I don't want to sell others recipes I just wanted to cook them..LOL

This was so incredible easy! Not to emotion delicious and a beautiful presentation. I did add paprika, garlic, extra pepper, crushed red pepper flakes (as one user suggested) and added about a 1/4 panko bread crumbs to the Parmesan mix. Fantastic, a MUST try to cooks of all experience. Thank you :)

My teenage daughter will barely eat seafood, much less fish...this is the only "fish dish" that she actually REQUESTS! My whole family loves this dish; it's super easy and super fast to make...highly recommended!
