Not a very well rounded set of choices. What if I don't want soup or pasta?

JONESY--- I have a recipe for you that you might want to try.... 2lbs of diced boneless chicken 2 cans of garlic buttered crescent rolls 1 block of smoked gouda shredded & divided into two bowls 1 block smoked white cheddar or provolone divided into two bowls 1 pack of real peppercorn bacon bits 1 jar of your favorite alfredo sauce preheat oven to 400. butter a large casserole dish(works better in a glass casserole than in a metal pan). mix diced chicken, half of gouda/provolone/bacon mixture in a bowl. scoop a dollup of the mixture into a crescent triangle and form into a pocket. continue to make the pockets until casserole in full then cover with alfredo sauce and remainder of cheese/bacon mixture...bake until crescents are golden on top and cheese is bubbly. This is a WINNER at our house!!

you can also add broccoli to the cheesy chicken/bacon biscuits for a healthier dinner. I usually have grilled garden vegetables for a side with a fresh herb/olive oil dressing with crushed red pepper for a kick.
