How do I access my Billing Info page?
Go directly to your Billing Info page by clicking here, or you can:
- Click on the My Allrecipes tab
- Click on Billing Info link under the “My Allrecipes” heading
From the Billing Info page, you can find out:
- When your Supporting Membership expires;
- If you are set to renew automatically;
- What credit card info we have on file for you; and
- How many gift Supporting Memberships you have given
How do I set my Membership to auto-renew?
Chances are you are already set up to auto-renew, but if you’d like to check,
go to Billing Info page.
If you are not set up to renew automatically you can change that by clicking “On” under auto-renew, then clicking the “Save Changes” button.
Note: If your membership was a gift, you will need to purchase one for yourself in order for it to automatically renew.
(If your current membership hasn’t expired yet, your new one won’t be activated until your current
membership’s expiration date.)

What happens if the credit card I used to buy my membership is no longer valid?
If your credit card has expired, or is no longer valid, your membership will not auto-renew. If your
Supporting Membership has not expired, please
contact Customer Service to update your credit card
information.
If your Supporting Membership has already expired, you will need to sign up again.
