I've started making this recipe every few weeks and mailing it home to my parents and grandparents. They love it so much they freeze half so it lasts longer! I make a few changes - 1 1/2 cups oats, 1/2 cup rice crispy cereal (to give it more crunch) - and instead of a full cup of flour I use 1/2 cup white flour and 1/2 cup whole wheat flour. Then I toss in whatever dried fruit, nuts, sunflower seeds and chocolate chips I have in the house. Wonderful!
