  1. In a large bowl, toss together pineapple, red bell pepper, corn, onions, green chile peppers, orange juice, and cilantro. Season with cumin and salt and pepper to taste. Finally, add juice of one lime and toss to coat. Cover, and chill in the refrigerator until serving.


Wow. Wish I'd read the more negative reviews first, as I agree with many that the black beans overwhelm the other ingredients. I may try it again, but I will definitely omit the black beans AND...
