  1. Hand chop pickles, celery, and onion. With an immersion blender, add garbanzo beans & oatmeal and enough pickle juice to chop beans. Transfer mixture to a bowl add in dill, veggies & mustard, let stand for at least 10 minutes so oatmeal can absorb some liquid. I just eyeball the amounts of ingredients according to what's on hand.
