  1. Preheat oven to 175 C.
  2. In a small bowl, combine ketchup, brown sugar, 8 ml lemon juice (or balsamic vinegar) and mustard until smooth.
  3. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, oats, onion, egg, bouillon, 20 ml lemon juice, and 1/3 of the ketchup mixture until well mixed. Form into a loaf and place on a cooking sheet
  4. Bake 1 hour. Pour reserved ketchup mixture over loaf. Bake 10 minutes more.
