Rich, chewy blondies full of nuts, chocolate chips and brown sugar.

Original recipe yields 12 servings

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  2. Mix dry ingredients.
  3. Stir the brown sugar & the melted butter and mix well. Add beaten egg and vanilla. Add walnuts and choc. chips.
  4. Spread the batter into the prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven about 20 to 25 minutes and until golden brown on top.

Doubled the recipe and added more vanilla. That changed it from like to love! Did not last an afternoon in my house - family of 5 gobbled them up!
