In large roasting pan mix cereals, nuts, and pretzels; set aside. In small microwavable bowl, microwave butter uncovered on High about 40 seconds or until melted. Stir in Cavender's and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over cereal mixture; stir until evenly coated.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, stir and place back in oven for an additional 20 minutes, stir and place back in oven for 20 more minutes. Remove from oven and place on cookie sheet covered with paper towels until cooled.
