Easy Beef Stroganoff for 2

This is an easy variation on beef stroganoff, using ground beef. Cream cheese is added, and it is served over egg noodles.

  1. In a large skillet, cook onions and mushrooms. Add beef, brown over medium high heat. When meat is browned, drain excess fat from skillet. Add garlic powder and other seasonings.
  2. Add bouillon and water. Remove from heat and add sour cream. Stir all together and serve over hot cooked egg noodles.
