Place flour in a bowl. Beat egg with spices and added cut pieces of shrimp let sit in fridge for 1 hour. Used my seasoned bread crumbs.
Tossed shrimp with some flour to coat and shake off excess. Drain egg off shrimp. Roll in bread crumbs. Toss with a little more flour to prevent sticking. Deep fry breaded shrimp in preheated oil until golden brown, 3 to 4 minutes. Transfer shrimp to a paper towel-lined platter to drain.
