  1. In a clean mixing bowl or mixer, combine pomegranate juice, orange juice, mustard, honey, garlic, orange zest, and cayenne pepper. Whisk all ingredients until everything is mixed well.
  2. Pour half the marinade over meat in a large seal-able container. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour and up to 3 hours.
  3. Cook meat according to recipe
  4. With leftover marinade, heat until bubbly and drizzle over cooked meat, then sprinkle with dried cranberries or pomegranate seeds.
