This is a delicious stew! Brats and Cheddar cheese in a creamy potato soup. Easy to make and wonderful to eat. Great for those chilly days watching football games.

  1. Place the cooked bratwurst, potatoes, onion, green beans, red pepper, Cheddar cheese, mushroom and cheese soup, milk, water and pepper into a slow cooker. Cover, and cook for 4-6 hours, or until potatoes are fork-tender. If on high, stir occasionally to prevent scorching.
