Cook spaghetti according to package directions, al dente. Drain.
Meanwhile, whisk soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, honey, and ground ginger together in a bowl.
Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium high heat. Cook and stir celery, carrots, and sweet onion in the hot oil until almost tender, 3 to 5 minutes; add broccoli and red pepper and cook to crisp tender.
Add chicken or pork, spaghetti, and sauce mixture. Continue to cook, tossing to mix, until hot thru, about 5 minutes more.
Serve immediately. Pass sliced green onions and peanuts or cashews for topping.
