  1. Make rice and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, stir together water, stewed tomatoes, raisins, lemon juice, curry powder, bouillon, ground cinnamon, salt, garlic, and bay leaf. Bring to a boil; then stir in chicken and rice. Turn down and simmer till done to your satisfaction. About 35 minutes.
