  1. Thread shrimp on skewers.
  2. Melt butter in microwave. Add oil, garlic, cayenne and parsley; Stir.
  3. Brush skewered shrimp generously with garlic sauce.
  4. In a medium bowl, mix cabbage, jalapeno pepper, red onion and lime juice.
  5. Grill shrimp until they turn bright pink (about 3 minutes each side), basting a few times with the garlic sauce.
  6. Place 1/4 cup of the cabbage in each tortillas, add guacamole and top with 3 shrimp per tortillas. Roll into cone and arrange on plate.
