BBQ Pulled Pork


Easy and delicious! Pork shoulder, slow-cooked with onion and spices. Serve hot in sandwich buns.

  1. Place the pork in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, combine chopped onion, minced garlic, brown sugar, mustard, pepper, ketchup, BBQ sauce, and Worcestershire and mix well. Pour over pork.
  3. Cover an cook on Low, stirring occasionally, for 6 to 8 hours or until the meat is tender and falling apart.
  4. Remove pork shoulder from slow cooker and shred meat with 2 forks, discarding any fat or bones. Return the shredded pork to the sauce to coat. Serve with buns, cheese and coleslaw
