Great sauce served over pulled pork tacos, fish, or as a dip with tortillas chips or fresh veggies. Double the batch -- freezes well.

  1. Roast or boil quartered peppers and coarsely chop. Let cool before adding to other ingredients..
  2. Place cilantro, garlic, mayonnaise, sour cream and cream and peppers into a food processor or blender; season with salt and pepper. Puree until smooth, about 15 seconds. Refrigerate until serving - even better if made several hours before serving.
