Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, stir together the wheat germ, milk powder, egg, yeast and baby food. Add broth if necessary to make a workable dough. Drop by teaspoonfuls and roll into balls then flatten onto a greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven and turn over and bake for 15 more minutes. Remove from cookie sheet to cool on wire racks. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer.
