Lighter Grilled Salmon

A simple marinade with tart and salty flavors of soy sauce and lemon is the perfect compliment to the richness of salmon. This healthier version of the original recipe uses fresh lemons and less oil.

  1. Combine all ingredients other than lemonslices in bowl until well dissolved. Place salmon in glass dish, skin side down. Poor marinade over fillets. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat outdoor grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Spray foil with olive oil, place lemon slices on foil and lay salmon on top, skin side down. Grill for about 6-8minutes.

This will be added to my rotation of ways to cook salmon! I used a little less than 1/4 cup brown sugar and about 4tsp olive oil and 2 large cloves of garlic. This was so delicious but I think...
