  1. In a large bowl, toss together the cauliflower, peas, and onion. Mix in bacon bits, Parmesan cheese, and Cheddar cheese.
  2. Mix the mayonnaise with dressing mix. Pour over the vegetables, and mix well. Chill 2-3 hours before serving.
