  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. (use a smaller backing dish).
  2. Cook fresh broccoli in a large pot of salted boiling water until just slightly tender. Drain.
  3. Saute onion and garlic is small amount of olive oil until soft.
  4. In a large bowl, combine eggs, onion mixture, mushroom soup, milk, cream cheese and mayonnaise. Gently add broccoli and place mixture in dish. Please shredded cheese on top of broccoli.
  5. Melt butter and add honey and cayenne pepper.
  6. Spread stuffing mix over the mixture. Drizzle butter mixture over all.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30-35 minutes until bubbly.
  8. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
