Moist and quick cooking meatloaf with cheddar cheese, quick cooking oats, and a savory sauce of tomato sauce, worcestershire and mustard.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the egg, milk, cheese, oats and salt. Add the ground beef, mixing well, and press mixture into muffin pan. Should make 12.
  3. In a separate small bowl, combine the tomato sauce,worcestershire and mustard. Stir thoroughly and spread over each meatloaf.
  4. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30-45 minutes.


I substituted tomato sauce with 1T worcestershire sauce, and a pinch of sugar for the ketchup. This makes it less sweet which suits our family better. I also form them in muffin cups. LOVE th...
