  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine tuna, miracle whip, relish, and black pepper. Divide mixture onto 4 slices of bread.
  3. Top each with a slice of Cheddar cheese. Place on baking sheet.
  4. Bake in oven for 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
  5. Optional. Eat as is, or press two topped slices together for a sandwich.
